Soil of the Heart and Mind
The Bible uses farming as a way of explaining the process of getting God’s truth out and into people’s hearts and minds. Let’s think of our heart and mind as soil and God’s truth as seed that could be planted in that soil. What kind of soil are you? How receptive are you to learning, being encouraged and challenged?

It could have ended badly, my dismissal from teaching at Namaan Forest High School. Could have, if I had failed to fight the decision made by the Assistant Principal, who told me that I was being dismissed and disallowed from teaching due to the fact that I had mentioned the name of Jesus in the classroom. Although, as I mentioned in the previous editorial, I had not spoken Jesus’ name; rather a character I play in a film I showed in class did so. Either way, I am not ashamed to speak the name of Jesus.

The New President
I didn't vote for Obama, but he is going to be the President of the United States in January. What should my repsonse be? Respect. Want something more authoritative?
